SendGrid for nonprofit
Sendgrid is a platform that is trusted by Keela and over 69,000 other software providers and services (including Uber, Spotify, Airbnb and Yelp) to send mass emails. All of Keela’s emails are sent via Sendgrid’s infrastructure, which provides stability and scalability.
How the SendGrid Integration Works
With our SendGrid integration, you can authenticate your organization’s domain name (e.g. yourwebsite.org), and choose to send emails and E-blasts from within Keela using email addresses with that domain, rather than from keela.co.
Authenticating your domain will help you to build your mass email credibility and create a more consistent and trusted email experience for your recipients, as they’ll see the message coming from the same email address, whether you choose to email them directly from your inbox or from within Keela.
Once the integration is complete, you’ll have 2 options for sending messages using your domain via Keela:
- Send emails and E-blasts from your own address on that domain that you used to sign up for Keela (e.g. you@yourwebsite.org)
- Send E-blasts from an organization-wide email address (e.g. info@yourwebsite.org)
